Antihistamine protocol

Good morning ladies. My IVF transfer is scheduled for next month. We only have 1 embryo, so only 1 shot (embryo is excellent grade/quality & we’ve done pgs testing, so we know there are no Christmas abnormalities). Dr has given us a 70% chance of a successful transfer (I’m 100% confident it will be successful).

I was talking to my dr, asking if there was anything else I could do & she mentioned the antihistamine protocol that I could look into. Have any of you had that same protocol? Was your transfer successful?
