Making small changes in diet
Hey everyone. I have been struggling a bit with weight loss and eating healthier pp and most of my pre pregnancy clothes still don’t fit so I’m trying to gradually start to change my diet. I’m not getting down on myself about it , I believe everyone should love their pp body because it’s amazing, but I’m just starting to think about what I can work on. The hardest part for me right now is going back to eating the way I ate before I was pregnant, and not continuing the eat the way I did when I was pregnant (fast food, very large portions, ice cream and indulging whenever I want) .
I want to make some small gradual changes that are sustainable, to make myself some little goals. I find that it helps to make a few smaller goals that are attainable so I don’t backtrack. Some things I have done in the past are drinking my coffee black (which i actually don’t mind) , snacking on fruits, veggies and yogurt instead of granola bars and chips, etc. And maybe perhaps getting some lower calorie wraps for my lunches instead of the as much bread as I’ve been having. I could also look up some healthy dinners to make.
