PLEASE HELP!! No period, negative test.

My period is usually never late, and if it is it’s only by a day or 2. It’s been 5 days & I haven’t even cramped yet... I took a Normal pink dye test (not early response) on day 3 of no period. It was negative. Could I still be pregnant? When should I test again?
