Post natal vitamin rec

Hi mommas: I ran out of nature made post natal vitamins and want to buy a new brand that doesn’t taste like fish oil after I swallow. Any recs? My baby is 4 months old and I’m still breastfeeding but I don’t want anything specifically for lactation bc my supply is where I want it to be. Do you rec any brands? Ritual seems expensive. Honest only makes one that helps boost lactation.

Rainbow light. Took them as prenatal. Have a postnatal formula too. No upset stomach or weird burps here. Taste a bit like grass going down, but once swallowed all good

Pink stork prenatal is good. I’ve been taking it for a couple months now. No fish taste or after taste or burps that have tastes. I wish I was taking them when I was pregnant. I used to take smart pants prenatal formula, it had a minty flavor and if you had burps it was also minty. I liked that one too but it was difficult to come by for some reason and a bit expensive.

I also just have kept taking prenatals along with a calcium magnesium supplement because my milk supply drops when I start my period
