Flex Disc or Soft Disc?

I'm not very interested in a cup but looking for an alternative to pad and tampons. Which ones do you recommend?

I took the leap last month with period cups. I bought the slim fit flex cup and my favorite part is how it's designed with the pull tab. When you pull this tab it doesnt just pull like others I've seen. It pulls down the side of the cup and breaks the seal of the cup so you dont have to get up there and risk splashing both hands while emptying it. It's very comfortable I didnt even know it was there and no leaks!

I used a diva cup for 5 years and I would use the soft disc as emergency or back up but felt it defeated the purpose of reusable. Then, I found Nixit! It’s a reusable disc. So you get the perks of the disc (less cramping, mess-free sex) with the perks of the cup!
I find it messier to empty and sometimes it’s more difficult to insert but I think it’s because I’m still getting used to it compared to the cup

These are good,BUT only if you’re staying in the house! I made the mistake of wearing one at work (I have a heavy flowwww) and it was the messiest most awful experience to change it at work. Blood on my arm and dripping on the seat and ground 😭😂🤦🏽‍♀️. At home I change it while standing in the bathtub. And FYI they don’t last no 12 hours lol.

I used Flex Discs, loved them..and then got this so it was more environmentally friendly. It's awesome! Worth every penny
