Best jogging stroller?

My father is looking for a jogging stroller for when he babysits his granddaughter but we have no idea what to get and I found a lot with mixed reviews which doesn't help..  🙃

This is just one of the first models that came up but we LOVED our BOB stroller! They push so smooth and are such great, durable strollers! The sidewalks in our neighborhood are rough and we tried other strollers and there is no comparison! I'm still having sellers remorse since we sold the one we bought for our nephew about 2 weeks before we found out we were pregnant! They also hold their value well, I sold mine on Craigslist for the same price I bought it for 3 years later. (~150?) You can find really nice used ones on Craigslist/facebook marketplace since they are so durable. It also fit my nephew until he was 4.  
Only con is that it can be a little big/bulky but the wheels come off super easy which is really nice.

I am currently using this one with my daughter until her sister gets here. It gets the job done. However-I got a second hand double BOB jogger for when I’m able to run with both girls and it seems much more smooth
