Early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy??

Hi guys, I’m sorry if this is upsetting to you, please don’t look if it is. 
My period was a day late and it came super light. It started yesterday and then I stood up to get in the shower and this fell down onto my leg. I have never seen this before and would like to know what it is. 
I’m in no way trying to get pregnant, in fact I’m on birth control. But I was wondering if this looks like a chemical pregnancy to you.

A chemical pregnancy comes with a heavy period. This is normal uterine lining.

In order to have a chemical pregancy you need a positive test for 3 days tops and then it’s like an uncomfortable amount of blood coming out
