i got my hormonal iud put in about 3 weeks ago. i was in excruciating pain the whole day after getting it. i have recently started having what feels like contractions. they don’t happen all just a few hours usually right before i go to sleep. it’ll be very pain for for a minute or two then i’ll be fine for a few minutes then the pain will come again. my period is supposed to start soon (if it comes at all) and i have been having brown colored discharge. is this normal? my doctor did not warn me about any of this.
