What worked for me after ttc for 5 years
Hi loves, I just had my little one recently after trying for years and was quite active in this ttc section
I remember wanting to ask people what changed when they got their BFP and getting the same “we just stopped tryin” which is fair however unrealistic for women like me who thought about it 24/7 lol.
So here’s what worked for me:
Back info;
• Irregular periods EVERY month 34-45 (sometimes skip)
• No previous pregnancies
• Late 20’s
The months leading up to my pregnancy I started cutting carbs. This was initially to lose get healthier overall however I noticed my 2 period after cutting carbs were regular (30 days) and decided to research and found reducing carbs is good for reproductive hormone levels
I then slowly turned to a KETO diet & eventually lowered my meat intake (vegetarian keto mon-fri, cheat day Saturday, low carb Sunday).
Doing this regulated my ovulation and overall had me feeling better!
Hubby came back from working overseas , we DTD and I now have my beautiful daughter.
This may not work for everyone ,but I just wanted to share what helped 🖤
