Weird discharge

I have had this for 3-5 days now. It is a chunky pale pink and I usually have more discharge than this but I never bring my phone into the bathroom. Any idea what it is? Could it be an STD? I’m going to get tested soon but I’ve already been to the gyno (before I got this discharge) and he thinks i might have a bacterial infection so now I’m taking medicine for that
