Feeling obligated

So I am having a baby girl. I was set on using my mothers name (Darlene) for her middle name. I told her, she is so excited! she has told everyone. Now me and the hubby are stuck on two names (Elizabeth & Clara) that we can't choose which one to use! We really are in love with both. Clara Elizabeth sounds great to me but I feel like I am forced to use my moms name now :( I don't want to upset her after she's been excited and told everyone. Wishing I would've never said anything :( feeling so torn. Do I drop one of the names we love or my moms name and more than likely hurt her feelings? This sucks!!!!
