Just need to vent

I am a mom of two and just found out that I'm pregnant (not planned). I told my boyfriend who is the father of my two kids. He's excited but I don't know how to feel. I was scheduled to have my acl repaired within the next week and was looking forward to it because of the occasional pain I have. I just don't know what to do. Could I afford to feed another mouth? Yes, but childcare would be an issue since his mom currently watches our two kids. She mentioned before if we have another she wouldn't watch it. Sorry just needed to get this off my chest
