12 DPO lower back pains?

Hi ladies,

I got my BFP on 9 DPO and didn’t feel much of anything which was a good sign to me as I usually get some sort of “AF is coming” lower back pain from 10 DPO onwards before AF actually comes.

I keep testing from 9-11 DPO and the lines look pretty good. But then this morning at 12 DPO I started to get those “AF is coming” lower back pain and it’s freaking me out 😩

Is this normal in early pregnancy? I’m so scared it’s a sign of a chemical pregnancy otw or something..
