All Day Crying/Fussiness

My 12-week-old has been uncharacteristically fussy this week, but today was particularly rough - between each nap (had to be rocked and held, wouldn’t go down), LO just cried, and made the saddest whine/upset sounds all day. I think this must be a leap/growth spurt, because this week sleep has been off, and feeds have been more frequent. Anyone else? It’s so awful to hear your baby cry, and I am just completely run down.
