Anyone’s baby cry so much their voice is hoarse?

My 10 mth old has been waking up crying so hard about an hour after he falls asleep... I’m so confused why he keeps waking up crying

My son has done this once. Apparently they can start having bad dreams at this age and also separation anxiety is huge. I have a stage 5 clinger at the moment.
