Trying to make time with my SAHM friends

Seeing these threads I see many woman complaining about husbands coming home who work say they are tired. Well I am

Working mom and work is def tiring and still come home and run the house . However , I feel like I am always trying to make time for my SAHM friends to see them . One in particular always states she’s super busy , I was under the impression the whole purpose of being home was to not be as busy as if you worked. What are some ways to try and understand or make time to see each other ?
