Positive then negative then positive

So I’m so confused! I tested two days ago and got a faint positive test. Then I got a negative a few hours later. Then yesterday I got the same results and then this morning I have Just got a faint positive again. Does this mean it’s a chemical pregnancy? Or something is wrong. I’m 13dpo today. And due tomorrow
