Septum piercing

I got my septum pierced in December 2019 so almost a year ago

It kinda feels like it was pierced in the soft spot but it’s hard to tell, it seems close to the cartilage but not pierced through it

I still get these weird crusties on the jewelry and around the piercing sight and if it moves when it has those crusties on it, it hurts like hell.

But when I clean it or even rinse it with water it feels a lot better and I can move it without a problem

But when I bump it it’ll sometimes feel like I got slapped in the nose

Do you ever get used to a septum piercing? How long does it take to fully heal?
