Still dealing with my baby not sleeping. Three weeks now of fighting sleep, waking during the night 2-3x and waking at 5 for the day. Only naps for 45 mins.

Momma, sleep train this child. It will save you. It’s a bit tougher at this age, but definitely doable! You all need sleep.

I think we’ve just started the 18m sleep regression - my baby was sleeping perfectly for so long and just the last week is fighting to go to sleep for 1 hour at night - waking at 5am...and last night woke in the night for the first time in over 7 months...I’m not sure what’s happening but I’m tired 😣

I think a lot of us are going through the 18 month sleep regression. Thankfully my son hasn’t been doing all of these things at once but some days he wakes at 430am, some nights he’s up 3-4 times and some nights he fights sleep for like an hour...
