One and Done

Is anyone out there truly a "one and done" family? I feel like we're alone in our decision to only have one child.

I've had a few friends SAY they're only having one... But they've all had another kid since or pregnant again.

We have many personal reasons for only having one child but I get kind of annoyed with people saying "one and done is what you say now, just wait you'll have another one"

I actually had one friend say "I'll believe you when [husband] gets a vasectomy."

It's just kind of annoying that people won't accept our decision.

If you're only having one kid - how is your support? Do you get these types of comments too?
