Is anyone else dealing with sciatica?

I am in so much pain the last few days and I’m worried that I will have to stop working earlier than I planned. Any tips on how to cope?

Not this time 🤞🏻 but I swore by chiropractic care. If you can find someone that is Webster certified they deal with pregnancies regularly.

I agree with chiropractic care! I didn’t with my first two and went for it with this one (my third). I’m about 5 wks in with a Webster certified chiropractor and I feel SO much better. Some feel instant relief, others (🙋🏻‍♀️) take a a few wks. But it’s so worth it if it’s an option for you 💚

🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ I already have terrible hip and lower back issues not pregnant, but pregnancy kills me. I take warm epsom salt baths, ice, and stretch. I am pretty much always on a heating pad.
