Is this normal newborn stuff, or something else?

My newborn is 3 weeks old today. The past 3 nights, she will get cranky and fussy (7-10 pm). We do everything we can for her. At first it was because she couldn’t pass her poop, even though it was her normal pasty poop and she wasn’t constipated, just had a hard time pushing it out.

I’m not sure if she is going through a growth spurt, too. She seems to be hungry ALL the time. We feed her 2-3 oz, and she will still be hungry. Now it’s not the case, and I think it’s because of a growth spurt.

She also won’t get content in her swing anymore, even after she falls asleep in my arms and I slowly put her in her swing. Used to, once I fed her she would fall asleep. Now that’s not much of the case anymore, too.

She just always seems like she can’t get content, unless I feed her more than she normally gets and hold her all day. I don’t want to hold her all day. It’s tiring.

And yesterday, she barely slept ALL DAY. She would take 15-30 minute naps here and there, but it still wasn’t much for a newborn (since it says they are supposed to get 14-17 hours of sleep per day).

I just don’t know what it is. She is passing gas. She is pooping. She is being fed, burped, and I change her diaper.

She’s been on Parents Choice Sensitivity and never had any problems with it, so I’m not sure it’s her formula. She spits up, but it seems like normal spit up that a newborn would do anyway.

I just don’t know what it is. And I don’t know what to do.
