Birth control giving me baby fever?

Okay I’ve been on birth control for almost a year now.I have the Nexplanon implant. Recently I’ve been having baby fever like I just want a baby all of a sudden. To be honest I haven’t felt like this since before birth control and back then when I felt like this I knew I was ovulating but now it’s impossible is this normal? I’m not sure if I’m getting in my head because my friends are having babies it’s just weird
