Help me please 🙁

So me and my boyfriend had sex yesterday and a couple hours after sex my lower left side just started hurting so bad to the point I almost started crying and this morning when I woke up it wasn’t hurt as bad till I got out of bed and since then the pain is getting worse. My pain is a solid 7.5/10 at the moment. Somebody please tell what is wrong or if I should go to the doctors.
