Mucus plug? bloody show? TMI

so i had a sweep done on thursday. friday night started spotting, lost some of my plug and had contractions. i was also FOUR centimeters dilated. saturday spotting continued but contractions stopped. today i had contractions a good bit but nothing too regular. i’ve been losing bits of my plug but not this much or have had it tinged with blood. i also have started having back pain after it came.

i feel like i’ve been waiting for labor for forever now 🤣 is this a good sign though? i’m 39 weeks and 3 days.
