Baby No 2 arriving in November but my breasts are so much itchier this time around. You can see I’ve scratched them raw in my sleep! Any ideas what is happening here?

If those marks are from scratching, let your OB know because itchiness in pregnancy is a sign of Cholestasis (I had it in my first and have it again with this one). If those marks are a rash, I’d still ask OB because of PUPPS (I have no experience with this one).

I saw someone comment pupps. I dont think this is it, it usually starts on your tummy in stretch marks..but then it does spread intensity aswell..
This looks more like heat rash thats been irritated by scratching.. I get this in between my breast aswell this pregnancy.  Definitely still mention it to your  doctor ..I dont have any tips saddly  im large breasted  and normally would say lay on your back so hair circulates lol ..but we can't cuz were pregnant lolol

So i could be wrong because I’m not a doctors but they look like wat i had with my first pregnancy ... PUPPS. Super itchy!!! Only way it will go away is after delivery. Something to do with ur hormones... 
calamine lotion helped 
If okayed by ur doc Benadryl also helped.

Possible your skin developed some kind of sensitivity? I'd mention it yo your doctor. See if there is an over the counter anti itch cream that is safe to use. Looks to me like you'll need something more than lotion. I hope it gets better soon! I always try I've packs on my really itchy spots also. Helps reduce the swelling and takes away the heat

Looks like contact dermatitis. I would take some Benadryl and see if it will go away!

Could be from laundry detergent, bra material, or you developed sensitivity. I’d definitely talk to your doctor though

Baby powder relieves my itchy boobs (corn starch kind).  Wash often and keep dry and then the power.  I get irritation under my boobs as well with growth and also wearing nursing bras in the heat.
