How the bills will be divided, expectations of chores, where he sees you guys in 5 years (no point moving in if you're not gonna be together for the long hall). Birth control strategy also 👌🏾

 How domestic labor will be distributed (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. You'd be disgusted how many men just expect the woman they're living with to automatically do all of that. Even when they're both working or she works more.)

Finances!! does he have any debt? How much money is he bringing in a month? Do you make more and will this be an issue for him? does your guys’ income allow you to still save money each month for the future/unexpected expenses? Are you going to be living paycheck to paycheck? 
Get into deep detail... you’re building a life with this person, you need to be on the same page.
