I try to avoid any big meals which puts more pressure from my stomach on my sensitive uterus 😅 and I just made a post about this but switching from tampons to softdiscs changed my life - my cramps have become extremely mild and much less frequent after I stopped using tampons! I had no idea tampons had anything to do with my cramps until I stopped using them.
