What to expect at a fertility appointment

I’m 27 years old with a two year old. When I got pregnant with my two year it happened as soon as I got off birth control. This time around, I haven’t been on Birth control since November 2019 and have been actively trying since March 2020. I try to do it every other day in my fertile week. I had a chemical pregnant in June. I tracked ovulation this past cycle but never got anything past high fertility (Clearblye digital). I have an appointment set up with my doctor at the beginning of October. I’m just looking for some insight on what to expect and what should I ask to make sure she’s taking me seriously.
