Cramps early pregnancy

Hi,

So I have only just found out I’m pregnant today. I’ve had nausea for a couple of weeks but when I first tested 13 days ago it was negative. Today I have 4 very positive pregnancy tests.

I have lower back pain and cramps that feel like period cramps. In both sides but worse in my left. The doctors think I’m about seven and a half weeks pregnant. Are cramps normal? I’m so worried.
