Am I pregnant

Last night all of a sudden my boobs started hurting and looking purple with my vains very visible . Today they are still a little purple my vains are still viable and they are sore and heavy my period is late so it’s not pms could this be early signs of pregnancy? And what other symptoms I should be looking for ?
