Has any ones prior pregnancies 🤰 have had the same pregnancy symptoms or we’re they different? When I first had my daughter I couldn’t keep anything down and was vomiting for 4 whole months morning sickness every day and very bad heartburn

For my son I didn’t have no symptoms at all only vomit like 2 and for this 3 pregnancy I have been nauseous and food aversions and the most different pregnancy symptom had been the spitting I honestly don’t know what am having 😂
