Hi, I have had an IUD for about a year now and I never had a problem with it. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex last week on Monday (9/14/2020) and he came a lot, more than usual then we also had unprotected sex Friday while i was fertile (9/18/2020).

Today (9/21/2020) I am experiencing extreme cramping, feels like pain in my pelvic area like someone is punching me. I also have back pain and my left hip also hurts and i’ve had a headache the past 3 days. My period isn’t due until 15 days from now. Could this be early pregnancy symptoms? or what could it be?
