Best Prenatal vitamins & suppliments to take?
Wondering what everyone takes for prenatal vitamins? Do you take any added vitamins or supplements too? My prenatal doesn’t have calcium or magnesium in it as they affect the absorption of iron so I bought those to take at a separate time. Has anyone used a naturopath to help with fertility issues?
