My cm was very wet/creamy leaving wet stains in underwear. Now I’m dry.

Please help me. While at work, I felt like something was running down me so I went to check and my cm was really wet/whitish and stretchy, now that I’m home in bed I fell moist. I don’t really feel cm anymore. It’s dry but moist. Did I miss my peak?
