Illness affecting BBT

Hi guys, just a quick one. I’ve had a cough and a cold for 2 days now, my BBT this morning has risen a lot higher than the previous ones. I’ve definitely not ovulated as I haven’t had any EWCM or a positive LH surge and I’m only day 8 of my cycle. Should I disregard this temperature as I’ve heard being Unwell can cause deranged BBT.
