After almost a year of trying, this morning I was two days late and decided to take a test without any expectations. My fiancé and I are absolutely over the moon. 😍 Last year, I had ovarian surgery that nearly caused me to lose an ovary and decrease my chances of being pregnant. Never give up ladies! Sending baby dust and prayers to all!! 👶🏻
