Pelvic ultrasound. Would it show

I went for a pelvic ultrasound sound today and I needed having to get a interval ultrasound and I a call back and they said they haven’t seen anything wrong. But want to talk to me on Thursday anyways. Is this a bad thing ot a good thing? And would a pelvic ultrasound show if you had anything wrong like pcos and stuff like that?
