36 weeks and 2 days

I go to the doctor tomorrow morning but wondering if I should call them. The past two nights I been waking up with just wetness in my underwear and I know it’s not pee bc I’m up constantly going. It’s not just discharge it’s just a clear liquid and my underwear absorbs it up right away. Is this normal or an indication of anything or I’m I just going crazy since I’m nervous about giving birth lol ? (Also I know red underwear kind of has stains on it but the circle of just wetness is what I’m referring too)
