Hi all. We finally got a positive after over 4 years of trying (yay!) but I’m growing concerned at the lack of symptoms. I’m (barely) cramping, tired and hungry but nothing aside from that. I decided to take another test to put my mind at ease but now I’m concerned.

The picture with two tests and a strong line was a week ago. The faint line is today. Both were taken midday. Does this mean hcg is dropping? Is that a sign of a miscarriage or is fluctuation normal? I know it’s still early but it’s all I can think about after TTC for so long. Any info is appreciated.
