The wolf in sheep clothing? When they are talking shit about someone, I intentionally say the opposite throw the unknowing person a compliment. Watch the person squirm, they are not so cool now.
As for work product, I try to stay as positive as possible. It again drives negative Nancy’s crazy.

I'd call them out. Passkve aggressive doesn't have the balls to confront and usually settle down once you put them in their place.

I used to work with a nasty old lady like this the days after she pissed me off I’d bring coffee for just me and the other 2 girls and give it to them in front of her and say because you guys are always so good to me I know it’s petty af but she was awful
