Hi everyone well I think for two days now I have been hearing snoring or something through my vents. I have pretty bad intrusive thoughts and anxiety that my first thought was that it was someone in my house, idk if someone can fit through air vents? But I started thinking more rationally and may think it’s my neighbor downstairs. I live in a upstairs apartment so maybe I could hear them through the walls or something idk also my windows are opened so it could be that there’s are too. Idk I’m trying to not freak out because I haven’t seen anything go missing or anything out of place like food so that makes me believe there isn’t someone inside the vents. I hope not. I just wanted to know what to do ? Please
