Diarrhea and nausea at 35 weeks

Randomly ive just felt off and nauseous then today diarrhea started... feel like i cant possibly go to the bathroom anymore but still having cramps and upset stomach. I am nervous about being sick or a stomach bug... i havent eaten anything i dont usually so im not sure. Maybe my body just preparing for labor? I just feel off and maybe thats why im looking for advice! Should i pack my hospital bag incase lol
