Spotting, cramps, no symptoms
Hi! This is my first time being pregnant and I am a little nervous! I have only had tender breasts and restless sleep. I am now 7 weeks 1 day and I am spotting/lightly bleeding along with cramping on and off. My first appointment is not for another 2 weeks. I have spots on my liner but it is definitely not filled. Just feels almost period like so it’s got me all worked up! Anyone else had this and still had a healthy pregnancy?
