Lol “normal” not really. I have IBS and no gallbladder and I have to have a bathroom near me 24/7

Yes its not exactly a required organ to live. Just some foods may upset your stomach a little more. Like spice or grease.

I do not have a medical background, but I know you don’t need a gallbladder, they’ll be some food restrictions but it’s not uncommon for it to be removed

I'm not a nurse but I had my gallbladder removed 4 years ago and everything is ok with me except that I can't eat spicy or greasy food still without running to the bathroom right after.

Yes, had mine removed and no negative side effects. I eat pretty much the same as before.

Yes, my best friend had hers removed a couple of years ago. She’s had to make almost no lifestyle changes as far as I know 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had my removed! I did have issues with bile acid malabsorption (basically constant diarrhea) but meds have fixed that. And I guess only a small percentage of people end up with that afterwards 🙃

Yes i had mine removed at first I was sensitive to certain foods but that went away.
