I just have a little Tuesday PSA. With the holidays coming up, a lot of you may choose to shop the small business route. That is absolutely amazing! Please keep in mind that when doing so, these businesses are relying on a public company to get the items to you. They’re not Amazon and won’t have their own fleet team. With that being said, the pandemic is still happening and with holiday season and weather and short staff at USPS, your items may be delayed. Please keep in mind that this is out of the sellers control. Once the item gets dropped off, they have no control on how long it takes to get to you or if your item ends up in the wrong state due to miss sorting. Also, when you’re frustrated with these delays and bash the seller, please keep in mind you’re talking to a real person on the other end who personally packaged and made your item(s).
