Save me from my yeast infections!!!

Every single month, without fail, a day or two after ovulation I start developing a yeast infection which I CANNOT get rid of. It clears up after my period, then I'm good until ovulation then it hits again.

I can't take it anymore. My doctor has prescribed this and that but nothing is stopping them. I'm taking supplements, I'm trying the meds, we don't get boric acid suppositories here...I'm at my wit's end and am in so much pain. Currently using coconut oil externally to sooth the irritation which helps but still.
