So

I have a 4 month old and we notice he has started rubbing at his eyes HARD and will even scratch at his face. I cut his nails every week but he still manages to look like he got in a fight with a cat. He will rub his eyes, face, cheeks and side of his head. I first thought it was a sign of teething but now his eye lids are red and look like they have a rash and his eyes will get swollen but then it goes away

He does have eczema..... any idea what this could be?? Eczema on his eyelids? Teething? Ear infection?

He also started randomly spitting up more so I have no idea at this point. We have a doctor appointment this afternoon.
