Breastfeeding and head cold
My lovely husband brought home a cold from work and now my 4wk old and I are both sick 😒.
I have a scratchy throat and alternating runny nose/nasal congestion. So far, my son has just been sneezing a lot.
Are there any meds that will help with symptoms without drying up my milk? I tried camomile tea with honey last night which helped some but not a lot.
