How did the haakaa work for you??

Hello everyone! I just got my haakaa breast pump in the mail today, and was curious to hear how it has worked for everyone! I bought it mainly to catch extra milk from my other breast when breast feeding my little man. 
I only bought one, I’m not sure if you mamas have bought a few at a time so as to use them to pump when you are in public in replacement to an electric or hand pump, or if they are best to use just at home and to catch extra milk.

They don't actively pump. They are milk collection devices, not pumps. They stick on with a vacuum seal you create. 
They are fantastic tools to have! I got one name brand and one Bumblebee brand. They were fantastic for building our freezer stash! A friend of mine had over 100oz in her freezer by the time her son was a month old solely collected with her hakaa.

I have two but mainly for night time convenience!! I only use it when baby is nursing on the other side or in the shower! If your baby is skipping a feed I suggest using an electric or hand pump for more stimulation and to empty you out better!!

I hated it. No matter how many videos I watched I could never get it to stay on and I never got any milk while pumping I was really looking forward to using it since it has great reviews. Ultimately it didn't work for me
